Our Own French Dressing

What can we say about this creamy homemade French dressing? C'est magnifique! Whip up Our Own French Dressing in no time.

What You'll Need:

1 (10-3/4-ounce) can condensed tomato soup

1 cup vegetable oil

3/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1 small onion, grated

1/4 cup sugar

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon horseradish, optional

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

What To Do:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. (You can use a blender if you want, but it works just as well by hand.)
  2. Serve, or cover and chill until ready to serve.

Makes about 3-1/2 cups dressing.


Honey Mustard Dressing

The best thing about Honey Mustard Dressing is its versatility. It's succulent over tossed green salads, steamed veggies and even chicken, fish and meats!

What You'll Need:

1 1/4 cups mayonnaise

1/3 cup honey

2/3 cup vegetable oil

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 teaspoon minced onion flakes

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

What To Do:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to use.

Makes about 2 cups.
