Grilled Salmon with Maple-Mustard Glaze

4- 6 oz Salmon Fillets
Olive Oil Spray
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
2TB Whole Grain Mustard
Allow salmon fillets to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before grilling. Cold meat on a hot grill leads to sticking.
Heat grill to Medium-High. Season fillets with salt and pepper and spray lightly with olive oil spray. Place fillets on grill, and grill to desired level.
Mix maple syrup and mustard together. Just before salmon is done, brush with glaze. Remove from grill and serve with extra glaze.
