Myrtle Beach, SC (AP) -- Authorities say a 63-year-old woman was charged with murder after she intentionally struck a mo-ped driven by her ex-boyfriend, killing a woman passenger.
Investigators said 40-year-old Keesha Godley died Thursday, a day after she suffered head injuries in the crash.
Police say the mo-ped's driver told officers that his ex-girlfriend Barbara Wright intentionally struck his scooter as he drove down a four-lane highway near downtown Myrtle Beach.
Investigators say Wright left the scene of the wreck, but was arrested about an hour later. She is charged with murder, attempted murder and two counts of hit-and-run.
Wright is being held without bail. It wasn't clear if she had an attorney.
