Lexington County, SC (WLTX) - Lexington County deputies have arrested three people they say operated a meth lab out of a home.

Investigators have charged 32-year-old William Christopher Brown, 39-year-old William Thomas Morgan, and 25-year-old Crystal Marie Rackley with manufacturing methamphetamine.

According to deputies, they got a tip that a meth lab was being operated at a home on Old Orangeburg Road. Deputies say just before 4 a.m. Wednesday, they responded to the home to check out the claims.

As they began searching the property, officers say they smelled a strong chemical odor. They also say they found trash and wasted that appeared to be connected to a meth lab, and a reaction vessel that they say was being used to make the drug.

The three suspects were found asleep in a bedroom, officers say.
