New York (AP) -- A New York City landlord is hoping John Lennon's suit will pay the rent.
Mark Arrow is suing Braswell Galleries, which recently auctioned the white suit Lennon wore on the cover of "Abbey Road" for $46,000.
Arrow's suit says it's entitled to at least $21,463 of that money as unpaid rent from the seller, psychic and memorabilia collector Biond Fury. Arrow says his lawyers told Braswell Galleries not to go through with the sale.
Gallery co-owner Kathy Braswell declined to comment. Fury's lawyer did not returns calls for comment.
