Columbia, SC (WLTX) - A piece of South Carolina history is now open for touring here in Columbia.
The Historic Columbia Foundation has restored the Mann-Simons Outdoor Museum.
Although only one house stands today, the Mann-Simons Site historically was a collection of commercial and domestic spaces owned and operated by the same African-American family from at least 1843 until 1970.
The free exhibit features five ghost structures, interactive wayside signage and a new website.
The outdoor museum is located at 1403 Richland Street in Columbia.
