Columbia, SC (WLTX) - Sheryl Underwood, one of the stars of CBS's daytime show "The Talk," has been named to Benedict College's Board of Trustees.
The school announced the move Wednesday. Underwood will serve a three-year term on the board.
The comedienne also is known for her multiple appearances on tv, films, and radio. She's also the owner and CEO of Pack Rat Productions.
"The Talk" airs weekdays on CBS/WLTX at 2 p.m.
