Columbia, SC (WLTX) - There is another delay in the start of the trial for State NAACP president Lonnie Randolph.
Back in July, Randolph was arrested outside a Five Points dry cleaners. He was charged with disorderly conduct resisting arrest and trespassing. Previous Coverage: Video released of Lonnie Randoph, police encounter in Five Points
Randolph's attorney says his client was suffering from a diabetic attack, which caused him to act strange.
The trial was expected to begin this month, but Randolph's attorney says it is being delayed until sometime next year.
