Orlando, FL (WLTX)- Saturday the Gamecocks got to put down their pads and helmets and have some fun at Universal Studio in Orlando.
News 19 caught up with Gamecock Quarterbacks Connor Shaw and Dylan Thompson at Universal Studios and they say they aren't scared of 300 pound defensive players trying to tackle them, but they are scared of roller coasters.
"Man I am nervous, I am more nervous about this than the game," said Connor Shaw.
"I'm scared I really am," said Dylan Thompson.
Shaw and Thompson aren't big roller coaster riders but despite being nervous they gave it a try.
"It was rough," said Thompson as he got off the ride.
We gave Dylan and Connor a chance to catch their breath and Dylan did a post ride interview with Connor.
"You are a really emotional guy you show your emotions all the time. How do you feel after that ride," said Thompson.
"I am a one and done type of guy, never again on that ride I had my hood over my eyes the whole time, I cant handle it," Shaw replied.
The team will visit Disney Quest Sunday morning to spend some time with disabled and disadvantaged youth.
