As a new week begins, let's take a look at the tech stocks to watch on Monday.

Apple shares dip. It wasn't long ago that many Wall Street experts pondered a future involving a $1,000 stock price for Apple. In pre-market trading, shares have dipped below $430.

On Sept. 19, Apple stock surged to a 52-week high of $702. Since then, it has sunk like a stone, shedding more than $250 in value.

The company known for its iPhone and iPad is back in the news with fresh product rumors, this time from a Bloomberg report claiming they plan to launch a smartwatch as soon as this year.

Facebook's new News Feed? Shares of the social network are up slightly at $27.89 as they get ready to host a Wednesday event where it's expected they will unveil an updated News Feed.

The News Feed is the primary space Facebook users see when they first log in, with streaming status updates from friends or other feeds. The last major change for Facebook was the introduction of Timelines in late 2011.
