(WLTX) --- "Keep Away" is more than a game that you will find on a children's playground. For the Wofford Terriers, playing keep away is the gameplan that will be used to battle USC this Saturday.
Wofford is known for its prolific rushing attack led by the school's all-time leading rusher Eric Breitenstein. The Terriers hope to use its option attack to milk the clock, keep the chains moving by churning out first downs and in the process, shorten the game - leaving USC with fewer possessions.
Terrier head coach Mike Ayers says if his team suffers a lot of three-and-outs, "It's going to be a long day," he said.
