Robinson, a junior majoring in industrial engineering technology, was also a member of the football team. An Orangeburg native, he also graduated from Orangeburg-Wilkinson High.
SC State President Thomas Elzey made grief counselors available to students Saturday. Before the women's basketball game in the afternoon, students and fans held a moment of silence.
