Daytona Beach, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Jaye Marie Green shot 4-under-par 68 on Thursday and increased her lead to five strokes after two rounds of the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament.

Coming off an opening-round 62 at LPGA International's Rees Jones Course, Green went bogey-free with four birdies Thursday on the Arthur Hills Course to reach 14-under-par 130 through 36 holes.

Megan Grehan fired a 68 to move into sole possession of second place at 9- under 135, while four-time LPGA Tour winner Seon Hwa Lee and Tiffany Joh carded matching 70s to share third place at minus-8.

Amy Anderson (69) is alone in fifth at 7-under, one stroke ahead of Paz Echeverria (68), Kathleen Ekey (72), Nicole Jeray (72), Victoria Tanco (71) and Ashleigh Simon (67), who share sixth at minus-5.

The first 72 holes of this tournament are being contested on the Jones and Hills Courses, after which the 153-player field will be reduced to 70 and ties for Sunday's final round on the Jones Course. The low 45 players at event's end will earn LPGA Tour cards for 2014, with the top 20 receiving exempt status.

Green, who played on the Symetra Tour as a rookie in 2013, held a 4-stroke overnight lead, then went about extending her advantage with a flawless loop at Arthur Hills.

Starting on the first tee, Green parred four straight before notching two birdies in a three-hole span from the fifth to move to 12-under. The 19-year- old parred two more to turn in 34, then added further birdies at Nos. 12 and 15 during her inward stretch to reach minus-14.

NOTES: As an amateur, Green titled at the Sally Championship and finished second at the Symetra Tour's Daytona Beach Invitational ... Players who make the cut and are not in the top 45 will receive Symetra Tour status ... Lee's last LPGA Tour win came in 2008, when she secured titles at the Ginn Tribute and the NW Arkansas Championship ... Joh is a two-time winner on the Futures Tour ... Cheyenne Woods, relative of world No. 1 Tiger Woods, is tied for 122nd place at 6-over-par 150.
